4. Project content and AI processing
We process project content to provide requested features such as document analysis, scope extraction, sequencing, and planning outputs. Access to project content is limited to authorized personnel and service providers who need it to operate, secure, or support the Services. We will not use customer project content to train shared machine-learning models unless we clearly disclose that use and obtain any consent required by law or contract.
5. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, meet contractual commitments, comply with law, resolve disputes, and protect the Services. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and why it was collected. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.
